This is the 3rd time I’ve used Guardian Alarm. This time they came out to reconnect my doorwall sensor and install a 3rd camera for my side door. Our installer Don did a phenomenal job and did things perfectly in my opinion. He even took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond in my opinion. Great job!!!

My wife and I just started working with Guardian and we could not be happier. We have never felt a need for an alarm company or security cameras until recently, and this company made the process very easy. When I first called for the appointment their employee Archie was really nice and helpful and got us a scheduled appointment with Nathan set for less than 48 hours later. Nathan came out listened to our concerns and what we were looking for and had us a quote the very next day. We kept changing our minds from just cameras to cameras and security system so poor Nathan probably had to complete six different versions of the quote until we had everything we wanted including cameras, alarm system for break-ins, fire, carbon monoxide, and sump pump alarm. Even once we said we were set and they sent us the contract we still made 1 more change which Celina made at 4:15 on a Wednesday and resent to us. We immediately signed, paid the deposit and were then scheduled for Friday install, which I thought was a very impressive turnaround. Our installers Anthony and Rudy arrived as scheduled and they were just as amazing and impressive as everyone else in the company had been. In fact when they started working on the camera install they realized the house we had bought was actually hard wired for cameras and there was a better option available for us. I know many contracting companies who would have just stuck to the work order they had rather than starting over with a far superior product, but they truly seemed to want to make sure we got the best option available rather than just working to get it done and get home. These two and really all the people I have talked to at Guardian seem to really put the customer first which is so refreshing in todays world. Anthony and Rudy also took time after the installation to walk us through the control panel and the app and showed us how to do everything with the system which if very user friendly and easy to use. Anthony is even stopping back next week with a larger permanent recording storage device that by the house being hardwired we are able to use. Just top notch start to finish; definitely a company I can recommend.

Guardian Alarm really did a fantastic job on my commercial camera install. I am very happy with there very friendly supportive staff as that walked me through how to view the cameras remotely and how to operate the system overall. Highly recommended and Thanks again

My alarm system was not being seen at their control center. After following their suggestions to fix it that didn't fix it, we setup an appointment for them to come to the house. The gentleman was very nice and polite. He took care of the problem in the box. Everything is working fine now.

Don is a wonderful problem solver, collaborator and teacher!! He solved my primary problem through the process of elimination while addressing quick fixes, calling the Guardian office before replacing components without charge and finally calling the equipment supplier!! As Don fixed issues and made improvements, he explained what he was doing and taught me how to use the system to its potential while saving time. I’m relieved the system is working and grateful that it’s working better than ever. :))

I gave Guardian Alarm 5 stars on their website, and they deserve 5 stars on Google too! My alarm was acting up, and their team called me right away to try and fix it over the phone. When it needed a hands-on fix, they sent out a technician who resolved the entire issue in less than 15 minutes. Excellent, fast, and helpful customer service!

Tim creatively solved one of the problems that occurred from interactions with my old Alarm. He’s very professional and extremely knowledgeable. It was fun to work with him. Boss, he deserves a raise!
